Two additional notes: stay calm. No matter what happens don’t spend any time trying to figure out who’s fault it is. Just immediately come up with a solution and get the train moving again. The train must never stop.
Second: treat the crew like they are your oxygen. They are. You wanted to be treated like an artist. So do they. Because, in their field, they are.
