29. Daylight Saving Time begins on Sunday, March 10 and ends Sunday, November 3. We lose an hour in March (as opposed to gaining an hour in the fall) to accommodate for more daylight in the summer evenings. So on March 10 at 2 a.m., be sure to “spring forward” your clocks by one hour. Fun fact: Hawaii and Arizona (with the exception of the Navajo Nation) do not follow DST.
