June waves a swell of adventure into the entertainment sea as summer blockbusters light up the screen and Pride celebrations kick off around the globe. Join in the fun with these 30 carefully-curated activities that will help you access your inner light and shine bright this June:

12. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-verse swings into theaters on June 2: Spidey senses are tingling! The animated incarnation of Spider-Man takes another spin around the city in this follow-up to Into the Spider-Verse.

13. Cruel Summer (anthology series) streams on June 5 via Hulu: The soapy 90s thriller is back for a sophomore season with a whole new look. A new mystery unfolds over the course of three different summers in an idyllic lakeside town.

14. Based on a True Story (comedy series) streams onto Peacock June 8: Kaley Cuoco continues her reign as a quirky crime leading lady opposite Chris Messina in this new genre mashup that centers on a unique opportunity to capitalize on America’s obsession with true crime.

15. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts (action blockbuster) hits theaters on June 9: While the seventh installment of the Transformer series may not be something you’d add to your list of “actorly watches,” it’s definitely set to be a fun summer night at the movies. Plus, the flick features actors like Anthony Ramos, Peter Dinklage and newly-minted Oscar-winner Michelle Yeoh.

16. And Just Like That (dramedy series) streams on Max (which dropped its HBO precursor) June 22: They’re back! Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte navigate another season of their complicated realities.

17. The Bear (dramedy series) simmers on Hulu June 22: The acclaimed Chicago-based restaurant show will serve up a second season of family, food and the grind.

18. No Hard Feelings (comedy) in theaters June 23: Jennifer Lawrence takes the comedic energy she’s flaunted on countless talk shows onto the big screen. The Oscar-winner plays Maddie, a down-and-out gal who accepts the weird job of bringing an introverted teen (Andrew Feldman) out of his shell.

19. Asteroid City (sci-fi rom-com) hits theaters June 23: Air-conditioning isn’t the only AC this summer. Wes Anderson is back on the big screen – nostalgic color palette and all. Anderson joins forces with Roman Coppola to tell a retro story set at a Junior Stargazer convention. As per usual, AC has assembled a star-studded cast, including Scarlett Johansson, Jason Schwartzman, Tom Hanks, Tilda Swinton, Jeffrey Wright, Bryan Cranston, Edward Norton, Maya Hawke, Willem Dafoe and Steve Carell.

20. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (action-adventure) whips onto screens June 30: Harrison Ford sings his swan song as the adventurous archaeologist in the fifth and final installment of Indiana Jones, alongside actors like Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Antonio Banderas.

Wellness Activities:

21. Monthly wellness tip: find moments to connect with nature this month. Take advantage of the longer days and spend some time outdoors. From spreading out a blanket and reading a script on the beach to listening to an actor’s podcast while on a hike in the woods, engaging with nature can rejuvenate in so many ways.

27. Black Women in Comedy Laff Fest returns to illuminate the vibrant streets of New York City from June 14th to 18th.

28. Summer sprouts a selection of electrifying music festivals such as Governors Ball, which takes over NYC from June 9-11 and features headliners like Lizzo.

29. Once again – Happy Pride Month! Celebrate all the colors of the rainbow in your own way or attend a major event like NYC’s Pride March on Sunday, June 25.

30. Support young artists at the 14th annual Jimmy Awards! High School Musical star Corbin Bleu will host the live ceremony on Monday, June 26 at Broadway’s Minskoff Theatre.
